About the Role
We're looking for a Talent Manager based in Australia to own the day-to-day relationships with our streamers and content creators across the APAC region.
This is a hands-on role at the core of our AU/NZ operation. You'll keep campaigns running smoothly, hold talent accountable to deliverables, and make sure performance data is always clear and actionable. If you know the creator space from the inside and can turn relationships into consistent results, we want to hear from you.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage daily relationships with streamers, YouTubers, and content creators across AU/NZ
• Support talent onboarding end-to-end: negotiations, briefing, campaign setup, and first-post sign-off
• Monitor deliverables and hold creators accountable to content schedules and quality standards
• Analyse creator performance data (FTDs, registrations, conversion rates) and flag issues early
• Provide guidance on deal structures, offers, and creator strategy
• Identify underperforming talent and develop actionable improvement plans
• Maintain accurate records of talent activity and deals in internal trackers
• Scout and recommend new creators aligned with campaign goals and target markets
What We're Looking For
• Proven experience in talent management, influencer marketing, or creator partnerships
• Deep familiarity with the Australian creator and streaming landscape
• Comfortable working with performance data — you can read a tracker, spot a problem, and explain it clearly
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Highly organised and detail-oriented — managing multiple creators across multiple campaigns without dropping threads
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced, fully remote environment
• iGaming, online casino, or sports betting experience is a strong advantage
