The Digital Performance Marketing Specialist will be joining the Marketing & Communication Department of BE. You will be part of the day-to-day operations and interactions with clients ensuring that the department’s strategic objectives and goals are achieved.An eager learner and an agile professional you will be part of a team always looking to deliver high quality services.You will be working in a pleasant, humane and professional environment. We are task oriented and work-hour flexible. A competitive remuneration is being offered. This is a full-time, fully or partly remote position. Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Works closely with digital account managers and actively contributes to the development and management of digital marketing plans.
  • Develops, implements, and optimizes performance marketing campaigns across various digital channels, including Google, Meta, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
  • Measures, refines, and reports the performance of all digital marketing campaigns against ROI goals, synthesizing information from partners to identify patterns and opportunities.
  • Prepares and presents performance reports to clients, demonstrating performance, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Ensures that data is tracked properly and reported correctly.

Skills And Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in Performance Marketing
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics [GA4] especially with advanced features like Custom Reports, Advanced Segments, Analytics Remarketing etc. and Google Tag Manager
  • Very good knowledge of analytical tools [i.e Excel, Looker Studio, Power BI, or/and other]
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, project management and time management skills
  • Proven track record of managing campaigns on Google, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn and/or Programmatic platforms
  • Hands-on experience with designing and implementing tests across platforms.
  • Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills
  • Fluency in Greek and English
