About Bare Mum
Bare Mum is dedicated to empowering women with trusted tools and evidence-based information to navigate their unique motherhood journeys with confidence and ease. As a purpose-driven company, we are committed to normalising conversations around motherhood, prioritising women’s wellbeing, and fostering a supportive community where mothers feel seen and understood.
The Role
We’re seeking a Campaign & Performance Lead to own the strategic planning, execution, and performance of Bare Mum’s campaigns, with clear accountability for commercial outcomes across e-commerce and retail.
This is a senior, commercially minded role that sits at the intersection of brand, performance, and execution. You will translate business goals and revenue targets into clear, compelling campaign strategies, then lead those campaigns through delivery, optimisation, and review.
You’ll own always-on activity, key brand and product launches, and seasonal or promotional moments throughout the year. Working closely with internal Leads and external agencies, you’ll ensure campaigns are commercially disciplined, clearly prioritised, and consistently effective.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both thinking and doing – bringing strong campaign ideas to the table, then ensuring they land on time and perform.
What You’ll Do
- Campaign strategy & commercial planning
- Own the end-to-end campaign calendar across DTC and retail channels
- Translate monthly and quarterly revenue targets into clear campaign strategies, priorities, and execution plans
- Develop campaign approaches that balance brand integrity, conversion, and long-term customer value
- Plan always-on activity alongside launches and promotional moments to drive consistent revenue
- Forecast expected campaign outcomes and use insight to inform future planning and prioritisation
Campaign execution & delivery
- Lead the planning and delivery of campaigns from initial concept through to launch and post-campaign review
- Coordinate campaign rollout across:
- Website merchandising (homepage, banners, PDP priorities)
- Email and SMS
- Paid media
- Retail and wholesale requirements
- Own the EDM campaign calendar, including sequencing, timing, and commercial rationale
- Ensure all campaign components are delivered on time, accurately, and ready for launch across channels
Performance analysis & optimisation
- Monitor campaign performance against key metrics including revenue, CVR, AOV, MER, and ROI
- Analyse results to identify performance drivers and optimisation opportunities
- Run post-campaign reviews and apply learnings to future planning and execution
- Use data and insight to continuously refine campaign strategy and improve outcomes
Collaboration & agency management
- Partner closely with the Brand & Creative Lead to ensure campaign strategy aligns with brand direction and creative guardrails
- Collaborate with the Content & Social Lead to translate campaign strategy and sequencing into content and narrative plans
- Work with the Graphic Designer to coordinate delivery of campaign assets across formats and channels
- Manage campaign-related agency relationships, including paid media and CRM partners
- Act as the central point of coordination to keep teams aligned, informed, and accountable
Ownership & Accountability
- Own campaign planning, execution, and performance outcomes end to end
- Be accountable for how campaigns contribute to revenue targets and pacing
- Ensure campaign activity is commercially disciplined, well prioritised, and focused on impact
- Work in close partnership with leadership on overall business goals and performance
What We’re Looking For
- 5–8 years’ experience in campaign management, e-commerce marketing, or growth-focused roles
- Strong DTC e-commerce experience is essential
- Proven ability to plan and deliver campaigns that drive commercial results
- Comfortable working with performance data, revenue targets, and optimisation metrics
- Highly organised, with strong planning and prioritisation skills
- Confident managing agencies and cross-functional collaborators
- Pragmatic, outcomes-focused, and comfortable making decisions
- Experience in a growing brand or scale-up environment preferred
- Genuine interest in women’s health, wellbeing, and purpose-led brands
What We Offer
- A flexible, part-time role with a clear pathway to full-time
- High-impact ownership over campaign performance and outcomes
- A collaborative, low-ego team environment with clear role ownership
- The opportunity to shape how marketing drives sustainable growth
- Meaningful work within a brand that genuinely supports women
