About BandMates.Space

BandMates.Space is a new website where bands and musicians connect, collaborate, and manage everything from rehearsals to gigs. We help musicians stay organized, grow their audience, and make more music together.

The Role

We’re looking for someone who is already part of — or passionate about becoming deeply involved in — the music community. Your mission will be to grow our network of musicians and bands, gather insights on what they need, and help shape BandMates.Space into the go-to platform for music collaboration.

What You’ll Do

• Connect with musicians, bands, and music groups online and in person
• Promote BandMates.Space in local and online music communities
• Build relationships with venues, rehearsal spaces, and promoters
• Collect feedback and ideas from real users to guide product improvements
• Help create and share content that engages and inspires musicians

What We’re Looking For

• Embedded in, or actively connected to, the music scene (local or online)
• Passion for growing communities and building networks
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable engaging on social media, forums, and at music events
• Self-driven and proactive in finding new opportunities to connect
