Digital Account Manager

Job Description

Baal & Spots is looking for a strategic, service-oriented Accounts Manager to join our growing, award-winning marketing agency in Houston, TX.

The Account Manager will be the direct point of contact for multiple accounts, and will be responsible for maintaining consistent client communication, ensuring strategic alignment, managing projects, and facilitating collaboration between departments.

Our ideal candidate is a tech-savvy marketer capable of combining creative and business sensibilities to help both our clients and our agency surpass expectations and achieve successful outcomes in all projects and initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining day-to-day communication with our clients, and sharing important updates with relevant team members and company stakeholders
• Organizing and running internal and external meetings throughout the lifecycle of a project
• Understanding client business objectives and ensuring strategic alignment in creative deliverables 
• Working with department heads to develop schedules, procure resources, and maintain timelines

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing project management within high-paced, agile environments, including daily interactions with designers, web developers, and writers
• Sufficient knowledge regarding website development, search engine optimization, content marketing, and related digital marketing practices.
• Basic knowledge of Google Workspace and Zoom (Knowledge of Project management tools like Monday.com and Asana is a plus).
• Basic knowledge of Google Analytics (GA Certification is a plus)
• Agency experience is strongly preferred
• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Above average knowledge regarding website development, search engine optimization, content marketing, and related digital marketing practices

Additional Details

• This position is 100% remote and is contract-to-hire. Candidates must reside in Houston, TX, as in-person client meetings may be required at various times.

• Job Type: Full-time
• Pay: $50,000 – $65,000 per year
