The Role:
This role is for the full-time position of Influencer Executive. Our influencer execs are at the heart of our campaigns. Our campaigns rely on our ability to build long-lasting, trusting relationships with influencers through powerful, relationship-first communication - while also knowing how to run paid influencer activations when needed.
Day to day, this means regular check-ins with influencers working on client campaigns, genuine efforts to build connections with them, and the ability to activate relationships to convert influencers into brand ambassadors to drive sales.
Alongside this, you’ll bring experience in paid influencer campaigns - helping manage negotiations, budgets, and ROI tracking where brands invest directly into creator partnerships.

Responsibilities:
- Taking responsibility for ensuring strong results across campaigns by engaging and interacting with influencers in a positive manner.
- Talking to influencers across several campaigns daily and building strong, lasting relationships with them, turning them from seeded influencers (receiving product to try) into brand ambassadors that create regular content and drive sales.
- Supporting paid influencer campaigns by helping with negotiations, briefs, and performance tracking.
- Reporting directly to campaign leads and supporting them across the campaign.
- Communicating with and working hand in hand with in-house team members, external clients, and stakeholders.
- Being proactive in ensuring success on client accounts: assessing when a campaign is underperforming, and creating & executing a strategy to remedy the situation to reach a positive outcome.
Key Tasks:
- Influencer Outreach: Messaging creators with the intention of getting them to opt into the campaign and partner with the brand. You’ll be using tools to help automate the process and stay efficient.
- Influencer Comms: Maintaining continuous communication with influencers in campaigns, building and nurturing relationships to turn them into long-term brand ambassadors.
- Paid Campaigns: Assisting in the delivery of paid influencer activations, including handling creator comms, negotiations, and tracking ROI.
- Tracking & Reporting: Monitoring KPIs across campaigns and reporting directly to clients and senior management on campaign performance. Keeping continuous communication with clients and ensuring client satisfaction will also fall under your purview.
Requirements:
- Some previous experience in social media communications.
- Experience or familiarity with running paid influencer campaigns.
- A passion for talking to people and building long-lasting relationships.
- Passion for all things creative, media and marketing.
- A problem-solving attitude, clear communication skills, a desire to learn quickly, and ambition to help in shaping and building Augmentum Media.
- Native fluency in English

Vision for the Role:
Immediately, you’ll be settling into a team of 15, reporting directly to senior management and working on client accounts for 7–10 figure clients. You’ll be leading the communications with influencers, mainly across Instagram, and building a real community around the brand - while also helping execute paid influencer campaigns where brands choose to invest directly into creators.

Salary Range & Benefits:
- £26–29k per annum depending on experience
- Additional bonus of up to 10% of salary (unlocked on performance)
