We're scaling our high-ticket coaching program and need an exceptional marketer to own our entire performance marketing operation.

You'll architect the complete customer journey (cold traffic to conversion to automation) and optimize every lever for ROI. You're the strategist, creative leader, analyst, and optimizer rolled into one.

What You'll Own:Paid Advertising & Campaign Management

  • Build and launch high-converting Meta Ads campaigns (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok Shop)
  • Create and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, YouTube, Performance Max, Display)
  • Own the weekly ad production cycle: new ads created, launched, and tested every week
  • Proactively identify ad opportunities and improvements across channels
  • Manage performance dashboard tracking ROAS, CPA, LTV, and attribution
  • Optimize budget allocation for maximum profitability

Funnel Development & Optimization

  • Build new sales funnels from scratch (landing pages to webinars to sales sequences to close)
  • Analyze full-funnel metrics and identify conversion bottlenecks
  • Continuously test and iterate to improve conversion rates and reduce CAC
  • Document winning funnels and scale what works

Email & Automation

  • Optimize email sequences for opens, clicks, and conversions
  • Set up and manage automation workflows (welcome sequences, nurture tracks, re-engagement)
  • A/B test subject lines, send times, copy, and CTAs
  • Segment audiences for personalized messaging

Creative Direction & Team Leadership

  • Project manage designers and video editors
  • Brief creatives on campaign strategy, audience, and messaging
  • Review and approve ad creatives, landing pages, and sales materials
  • Build creative assets roadmap based on test results

Reporting & Strategy

  • Weekly/monthly performance reporting and insights
  • Identify growth trends and opportunities
  • Present strategic recommendations

Must-Have Experience

✓ 2+ years managing high-ROI campaigns for Meta Ads (DTC or SaaS preferred)

✓ Proven experience scaling Google Ads (search and/or performance max)

✓ Track record with high-ticket sales funnels or coaching programs

✓ Deep understanding of funnel architecture and conversion optimization

✓ Experience managing creative teams (designers, video editors)

✓ Advanced pixel setup and audience creation across Meta and Google

✓ Email marketing and copywriting expertise

✓ Data-driven with analytics dashboards, UTM tracking, attribution knowledge

✓ Portfolio/case studies showing 4+ figure ROAS campaigns

✓ Relentless tester with weekly creative tests and continuous optimization

✓ Proactive problem solver who identifies opportunities without being asked

✓ Self-starter who owns results and production cycles

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Facebook Conversions API (CAPI) experience
  • Retention marketing and email automation workflow expertise
  • Webinar funnels or live sales event experience
  • Landing page builder proficiency (Leadpages, Instapage, GetResponse)
  • TikTok Ads experience
  • Video editing or creative production skills
  • CRM and sales funnel software experience

What Success Looks Like (First 90 Days)

Weeks 1-2: Audit current accounts, funnels, and email sequences; identify top opportunities

Weeks 2-3: Launch new test ad sets; implement quick-win optimizations

Week 3+: Establish weekly rhythm of new ads, testing, and optimization

Month 2: Full reporting dashboard, documented strategy, visible ROAS/CPA improvements

Month 3: Scaled profitable campaigns, optimized funnels, proven weekly testing system
