The Role
You'll play a critical role in driving new business growth by identifying, engaging, and qualifying prospective customers.
This is a highly visible position focused on outbound prospecting, pipeline generation, and creating opportunities with senior technology, engineering, and FinOps leaders.
What You'll Be Doing
- Prospecting and engaging target accounts through phone, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Booking qualified meetings for the sales team
- Researching key stakeholders and building targeted prospect lists
- Qualifying opportunities and identifying customer pain points
- Managing prospect activity within HubSpot
- Collaborating with Sales and Marketing to optimise outreach strategies
- Attending industry events and conferences to build relationships and generate pipeline
- Staying up to date on cloud, FinOps, and technology market trends
You'll Bring
- 1-3 years business development experience (outbound) in a Software/SaaS business
- Strong outbound prospecting and pipeline generation skills
- Excellent communication and relationship-building capability
- High levels of organisation, resilience, and self-motivation
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
- Strong curiosity and willingness to learn complex technology concepts
Nice to have:
- Experience selling cloud, infrastructure, DevOps, FinOps, or SaaS solutions
- Familiarity with HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or modern sales engagement tools
