Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Manager located in Melbourne, VIC or a full-time remote role for a Talent Manager located elsewhere in Australia. The Talent Manager will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations related to talent representation. Key tasks include identifying and recruiting new talent, negotiating contracts, organising promotional activities, and acting as the liaison between clients and various media outlets. The Talent Manager will work closely with clients to ensure their career development is strategically planned and executed.

Qualifications

• 4+ years working as a Talent Manager
• Strong Network of Contacts with Brands, PR Agencies, Networks
• Contract Negotiation and Organisational skills
• Public Relations and Communication skills
• Excellent interpersonal and networking skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Experience in the entertainment industry
