The firm

Ascendibl Ventures is a startup fundraising advisory firm. We work on a mandate basis: GTM execution, investor preparation, and fundability. We operate with a 16-person specialist partner network and a discovery team sourcing new clients continuously.

We launched four months ago. Pipeline grew tenfold in Q1 2026. Our platform, currently invite-only, moves to broader release soon. We are building the advisory capacity before that happens, not after.

The role

You own the fundraising process from the moment a mandate is signed. Investor targeting, outreach coordination, round positioning, materials review, partner briefings, and follow-through to close. You understand what makes a startup fundable and you know how to move a process forward when it stalls.

You will work directly alongside the founder and senior partner with full visibility into every active mandate.

What we require

Direct, hands-on experience advising startups through fundraising processes, not as an employee of a startup that raised, but as the person guiding it from the outside. Background in venture, investment banking, fundraising advisory, or startup consulting. You have sat across the table from founders, told them hard truths about their round, and gotten them to close anyway.

Commercial sharpness and process rigour are equally weighted. This role requires both.

What we do not need

Operators who have been inside a startup during a raise. That experience is valuable, but it is not what this role demands. We need someone who has run the process, not lived through it.

What you receive

Meaningful equity in Ascendibl Ventures, vesting over three years. Revenue participation on every mandate you coordinate to close. A defined path to salary tied to the firm's first major cash events. Direct involvement in building a firm and a platform simultaneously, with serious advisory board backing.
