Agency Growth & Operations Lead

Our Client is seeking an Agency Growth & Operations Lead to support day-to-day operations, project management, client relationships, and marketing strategy execution for a fast-moving and entrepreneurial marketing agency. This is a unique hybrid role ideal for a self-starter who thrives in a collaborative environment and is motivated by the opportunity to grow into a leadership or ownership track. You Will:

• Oversee the daily operations of the agency to ensure that client work is delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with business goals
• Implement and continuously improve workflows, systems, and processes that increase efficiency, transparency, and accountability
• Manage project timelines, assign and track resources, and lead team check-ins using project management tools like Jira
• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships, managing expectations, and ensuring excellent service delivery
• Support new client onboarding processes and maintain seamless communication across creative, content, and digital teams
• Collaborate with internal teams to bring campaigns to life, from concept to execution across digital, social, traditional, and content channels
• Assist in the development and execution of marketing strategies for both client work and internal agency initiatives
• Provide strategic insight and creative input to enhance campaign performance and brand alignment
• Track industry trends, marketing tools, and evolving best practices to ensure the agency stays current and competitive
• Support the agency’s business development efforts by contributing to proposal writing, pitch preparation, and lead generation strategies
• Identify growth opportunities for both clients and the agency and take initiative in developing plans to pursue them
• Represent the agency at virtual and in-person networking events, industry meetups, and community outreach programs

You Have:

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field with exposure to both strategic and operational responsibilities
• Demonstrated success managing complex projects and operations within a marketing or creative services environment
• Proven experience managing client relationships and delivering measurable marketing results
• Strong comfort level with digital marketing platforms, CRM systems, and project management tools such as Jira or Trello
• Experience collaborating within a creative team environment and supporting content, digital, and brand initiatives
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders
• An entrepreneurial mindset and the desire to grow into an agency leadership or ownership role
• Bonus: Experience with business development, proposal writing, or sales enablement activities
• Bonus: Experience starting or leading a business, department, or team within an agency or startup environment
