Figma/Zeta Email Template Developer/Designer Our established Financial client and their In-house agency is scaling rapidly and needs a junior contractor to activate and deliver a robust template and design system strategy for their team. This role will support the build of scalable, Figma and Zeta based workflows, which will enable creative automation, building the foundation for self- service, and work within a small team to meet agency growth targets. Position Overview We are seeking an entry level Figma and Zeta Email Template Developer and Designer to support the development of modular, brand compliant email templates for enterprise digital marketing. This role focuses on designing scalable, production ready email layouts in Figma with awareness of downstream implementation in the Zeta Marketing Platform. The ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, and skilled at translating brand guidelines into clean, reusable email components. This is a hands-on production design role focused on execution, consistency, and performance readiness, not conceptual creative direction. You will collaborate with email marketing, creative operations, and technical partners to ensure templates are flexible, efficient for handoff, and optimized for long term reuse Key Responsibilities – Design modular, reusable email templates in Figma that align with brand standards – Prepare files for smooth handoff to Zeta or similar enterprise ESPs – Apply responsive and accessibility minded layout practices – Support testing cycles and refinements with marketing operations – Maintain organized file structures and version control across templates – Contribute to usage documentation for marketers and production teams – Identify opportunities to improve clarity, performance, and production efficiency Required – Foundational experience designing digital layouts in Figma or similar design tools – Strong attention to detail and ability to match visual brand standards – Basic understanding of email layout principles, responsiveness, and readability – Ability to organize files systematically and manage versions – Clear written and verbal communication and cross functional collaboration – Proactive work ethic with strong accountability Preferred, Not Required – Familiarity with email marketing workflows or enterprise ESPs such as Zeta, Salesforce – Awareness of accessibility standards for digital communications – Understanding of modular design systems and component based design – Interest in creative production enablement and marketing technology ecosystems Ideal Candidate Profile You are an early career digital designer who enjoys building clean, reusable systems rather than one off campaign pieces.
