Our platform provides real-time transcription, multilingual communication support, media intake, incident intelligence, operational visibility, and situational awareness while working alongside existing systems.

We are actively pursuing pilot programs and strategic partnerships with 911 centers, universities, stadiums, arenas, airports, and government agencies throughout the United States.

Position Overview
Rapid Cortex is seeking a Marketing Director to help build brand awareness, generate leads, develop marketing strategies, and establish Rapid Cortex as a recognized leader in public safety, campus safety, and venue security technology.
This individual will work directly with the Founder and leadership team to develop and execute marketing initiatives that support customer acquisition, strategic partnerships, investor engagement, and long-term company growth.
This is an opportunity to help build a national brand from the ground floor while making a meaningful impact on public safety and operational intelligence.

Responsibilities
Brand Development
* Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all Rapid Cortex products.
* Strengthen market positioning and messaging.
* Help establish Rapid Cortex as a thought leader within public safety, higher education, and venue security markets.
* Ensure branding remains professional, consistent, and mission-focused.
Marketing Strategy
* Create and execute marketing campaigns.
* Develop lead-generation initiatives.
* Identify target audiences and market opportunities.
* Assist with customer acquisition strategies.
* Support pilot program recruitment efforts.
Digital Marketing
* Oversee website content and messaging.
* Improve search engine visibility and SEO performance.
* Develop email marketing campaigns.
* Monitor and improve digital engagement metrics.
* Support online advertising initiatives when appropriate.
Content Creation
* Coordinate development of:
* LinkedIn content
* YouTube content
* Blog articles
* Press releases
* White papers
* Case studies
* Conference materials
* Sales collateral
Public Relations
* Build relationships with media outlets and industry publications.
* Identify opportunities for interviews, podcasts, webinars, and speaking engagements.
* Support product announcements and company milestones.
* Assist with industry award submissions.
Conference & Event Support
* Assist with conference planning and participation.
* Develop booth materials and presentations.
* Coordinate promotional activities before and after events.
* Help maximize visibility at industry conferences.
Analytics & Reporting
* Track marketing performance.
* Monitor campaign effectiveness.
* Measure lead generation and engagement.
* Provide recommendations for continuous improvement.

* Familiarity with LinkedIn, YouTube, SEO, and digital advertising
* Strong written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to work independently and execute without a large budget
* Experience creating content that drives engagement and lead generation
* Comfortable working in an equity-based startup environment
* Ability to commit 5–10+ hours per week

Compensation
Rapid Cortex is currently a bootstrap startup and is not able to provide salary, benefits, or traditional employee compensation at this stage.
This position is being offered as a founding leadership opportunity and may include equity participation based on experience, contribution, performance, and long-term commitment.
As the company grows, secures customers, generates revenue, and/or obtains outside investment, compensation opportunities will be reevaluated and expanded.
