Social Media Manager

This role is focused on organic content creation, with a strong emphasis on TikTok, creative storytelling, and consistent execution across multiple social platforms.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter, highly creative, and comfortable owning the full organic social media lifecycle.

Key Requirements – Must Have:

• German + English (written & spoken)
• 2–3 years of experience creating social media content for brands
• Hands-on experience with organic TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, X, YouTube content
• Proven ability to plan, schedule, and execute content according to a calendar
• Experience managing and publishing content across multiple social channels
• Independent, proactive, true self-starter
• Strong creative mindset and storytelling skills
• Experience using AI tools for ideation, writing, visuals, or optimisation
• Hands-on experience with Canva, Figma, or other creative/design tools

Key Responsibilities:

• Create, plan, and execute organic content for TikTok and other platforms
• Own the organic content calendar and ensure consistent publishing
• Develop creative formats, concepts, and content series aligned with brand tone
• Build and grow organic reach, engagement, and brand presence
• Collaborate closely with internal teams: content, marketing, product
• Continuously test, analyse, and optimise content performance

Nice to Have: B2C, health-tech, community building, German market experience
