Sponsorship Account Executive

Role Description

• Identify and secure sponsorship opportunities for events, campaigns, or media platforms.
• Build and maintain relationships with sponsors, partners, and stakeholders.
• Develop sponsorship proposals, packages, and presentations tailored to client needs.
• Negotiate sponsorship agreements and ensure delivery of agreed benefits.
• Coordinate with marketing and events teams to execute sponsorship activations.
• Track sponsorship performance and provide post-campaign reports to clients.
• Research market trends and identify new sponsorship opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Events Management, or related field.
• Experience in sponsorship sales, partnerships, or business development (2–5 years preferred).
• Strong sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple sponsorship deals and timelines simultaneously.
• Creative thinking to develop attractive and value-driven sponsorship packages.
