We are looking foraPerformance Marketer to join the Marketing team. This role would be responsible for building and executing a scalable, data-driven paid advertising strategy from the ground up. Tech stack:
Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Twitter Ads, SQL or data visualization tools
Key Tasks:
- Develop and own the company’s paid marketing strategy to maximize brand awareness and audience reach.
- Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads (Search, PMAX, GDN, YouTube, UAC), Meta Ads, and other performance channels.
- Reduce CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost) while increasing ROAS (Return on Ad Spend) through continuous A/B testing and campaign optimization.
- Scale campaigns based on performance metrics, audience insights, and market trends.
- Build targeted acquisition funnels to ensure our brand stays top-of-mind for potential customers.
- Work closely with the SMM team to integrate paid efforts with organic content strategies.
- Analyze performance data, generate insights, and report key findings to the leadership team.
Hard Skills:
- Proven experience in performance marketing with a strong track record of driving measurable results.
- Google Ads and Meta Ads certified
- Deep understanding of digital marketing KPIs (CTR, CPC, CPM, CAC, LTV, ROAS, etc.).
- Experience with audience segmentation, conversion tracking, and campaign automation.
- Knowledge of tracking and attribution models, including GA4, GTM, and first-party data strategies.
Soft Skills:
- Strong analytical mindset—you live in Google Analytics, ad dashboards, and tracking tools.
- Entrepreneurial mindset—you thrive in fast-paced environments and can work independently.
- Ability to maintain transparency in processes and share information within the team.
- Skill in active participation in team discussions and brainstorming sessions.
- Proficiency in making decisions based on data and risk analysis.
- Flexibility in changing conditions.
