Community Coordinator

Amie is a TikTok and TikTok Shop Creative and Marketing Agency for Sephora and Ulta Beauty brands.

A Community Coordinator manages all inbound and outbound community engagement across assigned accounts within our client portfolio. In this role, you’ll be responsible for commenting, interacting with brand audiences, and bridging the gap between our Creative Account Managers and our TikTok communities. You'll provide fresh insights, creative concepts, and serve as the liaison that keeps both our internal team and clients informed on what’s happening within the online communities of every client.

Responsibilities

• Manages 6+ assigned client TikTok accounts, responding to all comments, DMs, and tagged videos
• Maintains a consistent and on-brand voice for each account, adapting tone and language as needed for each unique brand
• Provides daily community engagement Monday–Friday and is available for client and account manager questions
• Sends weekly Social Listening Recap reports to internal Amie Creative Account Managers
• Monitors overall community health to ensure we always have eyes and ears on key conversations, trends, and feedback
• Joins monthly client check-ins to share community updates, highlights and monthly Social Listening Recap
• Completes quarterly recap reports outlining trends and feedback for each client
• Participates in creating monthly TikTok content for beauty brand clients

Qualifications

• Required: Strong ability to maintain and adapt brand voice, with excellent grammar and punctuation
• Required: Comfortable in client-facing settings with strong written and verbal communication skills
• Required: Experience creating high-quality TikTok content
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable
• Independent and proactive, with the ability to think strategically and work autonomously
• Thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment
• Previous experience in beauty, influencer marketing, or social media is a plus

Compensation

$25.00 per hour / $52,000 per year
