About the Opportunity
A fast-growing superfood café franchise is seeking a strategic and creative Digital Marketing Director to lead and scale its digital marketing efforts across all franchise locations. Known for its vibrant, health-focused menu and award-winning offerings, this brand is committed to building healthy communities through delicious, plant-based food served in a warm and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with brand goals and franchise expansion.
- Create and implement targeted marketing strategies for new franchise location openings, including launch campaigns, local engagement, and brand integration.
- Manage and optimize digital channels including social media, email marketing, SEO/SEM, website, and paid advertising.
- Collaborate with franchisees to support local marketing efforts while maintaining brand consistency.
- Lead content creation and storytelling that reflects the brand’s aesthetic and values.
- Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to improve engagement and ROI.
- Oversee marketing tools and platforms to ensure efficient operations and reporting.
- Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as needed.
- Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging platforms to keep the brand at the forefront of innovation.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the food & beverage or franchise industry.
- Proven success in managing digital campaigns and growing brand presence.
- Demonstrated experience in developing and executing marketing strategies for new franchise location launches.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and analytics tools.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and brand storytelling.
- Experience with multi-location businesses or franchises is a plus.
- Based in Florida or willing to travel periodically to headquarters is preferred.
