About the Role:

We are seeking a Client Success Manager (Success Coach) to serve as a dedicated guide for our clients. You'll help content creators implement our business and social media frameworks and achieve real results. You’ll play a critical role in coaching, tracking client progress, facilitating video calls, and ensuring success in our signature programs.

This is a US-based**, independent contractor** role with flexible hours.

We are looking for a Client Success Manager (Success Coach) specifically with these requirements:

  • Experience in digital marketing, business coaching, or online course-based business models.
  • Proven coaching or mentorship background (preferred: business coaching or consulting).
  • Ability to confidently lead video calls and engage clients in a high-energy way.
  • Comfortable facilitating one-on-one and group coaching calls.
  • Strong understanding of content marketing and high-ticket sales strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Tech-savvy – familiar with Zoom, messaging platforms, community tools.
  • Ability to simplify complex strategies into actionable steps.
  • Confident, positive, and growth-oriented mindset.
  • Open to feedback and highly coachable.
  • Passionate about helping content creators grow their businesses.

Your responsibility will include (but not limited to):

  • Serve as the main success coach for clients, tracking their journey from onboarding to offboarding.
  • Conduct one-on-one and group coaching calls (up to 3 per week).
  • Host monthly 1:1 and retention priming calls.
  • Oversee onboarding within 48 hours of sign-up.
  • Provide prompt and thoughtful responses via messaging, email, and community tools.
  • Run weekly client check-ins and encourage engagement and progress sharing.
  • Track and support accountability metrics.
  • Help improve retention and satisfaction through strategic support.
