š£ THE ROLE
You'll be our Marketing Lead ā the person who owns our brand voice online, drives our community growth, and brings in the leads that fuel our business. This isn't a "post three times a week and call it done" job. We want someone who thinks strategically, moves fast, and genuinely cares about results.
šÆ WHAT YOU'LL OWN
š± Social Media ā Full ownership of our channels. Strategy, content creation, scheduling, engagement, and growth. You know what works on each platform and you're not afraid to test and iterate.
š Teaching Programs ā Promote our educational offerings, drive enrollment, manage campaigns around launches, and help position us as a go-to authority in our space.
š„ Lead Generation ā Build and run campaigns that attract qualified leads. You understand funnels, CTAs, and what makes people take action.
š» Website & Digital Presence ā Update landing pages, optimize for conversions, and make sure our online presence reflects the quality of what we do. CMS experience (Webflow, WordPress, etc.) is a big plus.
ā YOU'RE THE ONE IF...
ā You have an entrepreneurial mindset ā you don't wait to be told what to do
ā You've managed social media accounts with real, measurable results
ā You know your way around digital marketing tools, email campaigns, and analytics
ā You're comfortable experimenting, failing fast, and doubling down on what works
ā You're willing to put in extra time when it matters ā because you want to, not because you have to
ā You're a clear, compelling communicator ā in captions, in emails, and in strategy docs
ā Basic website or design skills? Big bonus. We love people who can do a little of everything.

š 20 hours/week ā you manage your own schedule
š Remote-friendly ā work from wherever you do your best thinking
š° Competitive base pay + performance bonus (% based on results you generate)
