Location: Remote (Australia preferred)

Type: Up to 4 days a week, or Part-Time / Contractor / Fractional Role to start if desired

Start: Late August

Pay: Up to $120k+ super p.a. based on experience (pro-rated based on work week)

Who we’re looking for:

We’re looking for a Creative Lead who can own the creative direction across campaigns and help us build high-performance campaigns that scale clients growth.

  • Thinks in ideas and strategy, not just assets
  • Can take a brief and turn it into a compelling narrative or ad concept
  • Is familiar with direct response advertising creatives such as VSL’s, landing pages, and ad creatives
  • Can brief designers/editors and review work through a conversion lens
  • You make things look good and have a strong attention to detail to ensure nothing gets to a client without it meeting quality standards
  • You understand the psychology of CRO and the strategies and tactics behind it
  • You understand marketing funnels, but you do not need to plan or write copy for funnels

You’ll be responsible for:

Leading creative strategy for ad campaigns, VSLs, and funnels

  • Developing big ideas, hooks, and creative concepts (and collaborating with our writers to shape them)
  • Briefing and managing our team of designers, editors, and content producers
  • Providing creative direction on branding, messaging, and organic content marketing
  • Helping build Multiply’s delivery systems and creative templates as we scale
  • Being the “creative brain” behind the work — not just a production hand
  • Communicating with clients to get client approvals and provide updates on progress

About us

We’re a performance digital marketing agency. We work with high-transaction-value clients in service-based and consulting industries. Consider property investment, business coaching, and other industries where the customer’s decision is crucial and often quite expensive.

We help our clients scale with marketing strategy and messaging, VSL’s and explainer videos, Meta Ads and marketing funnels.

We’re fast-moving, lean, and we partner with our clients on a deep level, often incentivised with revenue share arrangements or ownership. This allows us to work with fewer clients, but give them more attention and be rewarded well for doing so when it results in growth.
