High Ticket Appointment Setter

Alpha21 Appointment SettersDrive NEW business revenue by:

1. Generating conversations with NEW potential clients from our inbound marketing & social media (lead generation) as well as through outbound dials to warm leads.
2. Re-engaging and re-setting leads who didn’t initially show up to their scheduled appointments (follow-up)
3. Pre-qualify prospects to determine whether or not they are a good fit for our offer

Outcomes/KPIs

1. £50,000 in NEW business revenue monthly (minimum). 

• 12-16 closed sets of our coaching program @ £5000 price point 
• Generate 80 calls per month (approx 3 / day) through organic & outbound marketing methods

1. 20% minimum “set-to-close” closing ratio 
2. Daily execution of team & administrative tasks. 

• Morning Huddles via zoom, 8am GMT Monday - Friday
• End of Day report
• Update your projections, tracking sheets, and CRM

Compensation

• Compensation
• Basic Pay: 40 Hours Per week = £1000pm
• Commission: 5% of cash collected from set calls
• Bonus: You receive a £250 bonus for every £25,000  in revenue generated (Ex: £250 for 25k, £500 for £50k, etc…) 
• Expected Earnings: £2500-£4000

• Time 
• This is a full time, 40 hours / wk position. 
• You will have the freedom to make your own schedule, with enough open calendar space to hit 80 set calls.
• Be available to communicate through slack 9am-8pm GMT daily. 
• This position is remote, so you’ll have the freedom to work from anywhere
