Product Marketer
Job Description
Posted on: January 23, 2026
Company Description
Griselda Labs is a product studio built from Boyle Heights. We build technology that helps real people — especially families and communities that don’t always get designed for first.
Right now, we’re building our own software: a parenting + school-life app that helps families stay organized, reduce stress, and keep up with everything that hits parents daily (messages, calendars, forms, reminders, events, logistics… all of it).
We’re early, we’re moving fast, and we’re doing it with heart.
Role Description
We’re looking for a part-time Product / Growth Marketer to help us build momentum before launch.
This is a zero-to-one role for someone who loves storytelling, branding, and turning real-life pain points into content people actually connect with.
You’ll help us go from:
“We’re building something cool” → to “People get it, they want it, and they join the waitlist.”
This role is contract + remote, starting at 5–10 hours per week.
What You’ll Do
You’ll work closely with the founder + product team to:
• Help shape our story + positioning (who it’s for, what problem we solve, why we’re building it)
• Create and manage a consistent content rhythm (LinkedIn + light IG style content)
• Improve our landing page messaging (headline, sections, CTA, flow)
• Help grow our waitlist through organic outreach + smart distribution
• Develop lightweight campaigns (launch countdowns, parent pain point series, early access pushes)
• Give feedback on taglines, brand voice, and naming direction
• Help us build trust by talking about parenting needs with authenticity (not “marketing talk”)
You’re a Great Fit If You…
• Can write clearly in a way that feels human, warm, and sharp
• Love building brands from scratch (0→1), not just “optimizing what already exists”
• Know how to turn ideas into execution without needing 50 meetings
• Understand parents, school communication, family logistics — or you’re excited to learn fast
• Care about marginalized / underrepresented communities and designing with empathy
• Have good taste (you can look at a landing page and instantly know what’s off)
• Are scrappy, organized, and consistent
**
Bonus Points (Not Required)
**
• You’ve worked on an early-stage app / startup before
• You’ve done waitlist growth or community building
• You’ve written for products in education, family, wellness, or consumer apps
• You can use tools like Notion, Canva/Figma, Carrd/Webflow, Mailchimp, etc.
• You’re a parent (or have lived close to the parenting experience)
Time + Pay
• Part-time: 5–10 hours/week to start
• Contract + Remote
• Pay depends on experience + fit (we’re flexible, and we’ll keep it real)
How To Apply
DM us on LinkedIn with:
1. A quick intro
2. Why this role interests you
3. 1–3 examples of content you’ve created (or a portfolio)
4. Your availability + hourly rate (or monthly retainer)
Even better: send us one sample post you’d write to promote a parenting app waitlist.
