Ajroni.com is a fast-growing web design and digital marketing agency. We help businesses across industries with web design, web development, mobile app development, SEO, PPC, and content marketing. We have built over 500+ websites for clients across 30+ industries in the US.
We are scaling and looking for an experienced strategist who can help us build systems for consistent lead generation and client retention.
Role Overview:
We are seeking a part-time Growth Marketing & Sales Strategist (remote) to help us structure and optimize our sales and marketing efforts. You’ll design the strategy, messaging, and processes that our internal team and sales reps will execute.
Responsibilities:
- Define our Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and target markets.
- Create outreach playbooks (LinkedIn and cold email).
- Build cold email campaigns (target list strategy, copywriting, automation setup).
- Develop client marketing systems (reviews, referrals, upsells, retargeting).
- Optimize our presence on Clutch, DesignRush, Expertise, and other directories.
- Advise on social media strategy (what to post, what to boost, frequency).
- Identify new lead generation channels (partnerships, ads, events, directories).
- Set up or refine our CRM pipeline (HubSpot/Pipedrive/Zoho).
Qualifications:
- 5+ years in B2B marketing, sales, or business development (agency or SaaS preferred).
- Proven experience building outbound systems (cold email, LinkedIn, outreach at scale).
- Strong copywriting skills for outreach and campaigns.
- Familiar with review platforms and agency directories (Clutch, etc.).
- Understanding of content and social media marketing best practices.
- Comfortable working as a consultant (10–20 hrs/month) with clear deliverables.
