About The Role The Marketing Intern at Partners Bank is an entry-level position designed to provide valuable hands-on experience in the field of digital marketing. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, the intern will support various marketing initiatives with a primary focus on social media and email marketing campaigns. The intern will assist in creating engaging content, scheduling posts, analyzing campaign performance, and supporting the overall marketing strategy to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. Qualifications The ideal candidate will possess a strong foundation in marketing principles and excellent communication skills. Candidates should be currently pursuing or have recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Demonstrated proficiency in written and verbal communication, with attention to detail and tone, is essential. Familiarity with social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, along with understanding basic email marketing concepts like segmentation, subject lines, and performance metrics, is preferred. Organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines are critical. A genuine interest in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and a collaborative team-oriented mindset are highly valued. Candidates must already be authorized to work in the United States, as relocation support is not provided. Responsibilities

  • Assist in planning, drafting, and scheduling engaging social media content across various platforms to maintain a consistent brand voice.
  • Support email marketing campaigns by formatting content, reviewing materials, and preparing distribution lists for targeted outreach.
  • Monitor and analyze social media and email campaign performance metrics, including engagement rates, open rates, and click-through rates, to inform future strategies.
  • Conduct light research on industry trends, content ideas, and competitor activities to enhance campaign relevance and effectiveness.
  • Help update and maintain website content to ensure accuracy and alignment with ongoing marketing initiatives.
  • Participate in the execution of marketing campaigns, including promotions, community engagement activities, and product highlights.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all channels.
  • Provide general administrative support and assist with project coordination within the marketing team.
