About The Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Marketing Coordinator to join our vibrant marketing team. This role offers an exciting opportunity for individuals passionate about automotive retail and marketing to contribute to our brand growth across multiple digital platforms. The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the creation, coordination, and compliance of marketing campaigns, ensuring consistency and adherence to brand and manufacturer standards. This position requires excellent organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail to effectively manage various marketing initiatives simultaneously. Qualifications The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field. Previous experience in digital marketing, advertising, or automotive retail is preferred but not mandatory. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask are essential. Familiarity with marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, and project management software is advantageous. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required to craft compelling marketing content and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn continuously are highly valued traits. Responsibilities The Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for a variety of tasks to support and enhance our marketing efforts. Key responsibilities include coordinating monthly incentives and promotional offers with dealership staff, writing engaging marketing copy, and ensuring all content complies with manufacturer and brand guidelines. They will manage the creative deployment process, including developing and publishing digital assets such as website banners, email campaigns, and display ads, while tracking progress through project management tools. Maintaining website compliance and content accuracy is a critical aspect of this role. The coordinator will audit dealership websites and external channels like Google, Facebook, and Apple to ensure adherence to manufacturer standards and brand consistency. They will work closely with marketing teams, media agencies, and external vendors to ensure all marketing materials are compliant, effective, and timely. The role also involves supporting digital marketing platforms by providing administrative assistance with tools such as Google Analytics, Google Business Manager, and social media management platforms. Managing email marketing campaigns, including creative assembly, segmentation, deployment, and performance analysis, will be part of the daily responsibilities. Additionally, the coordinator will assist in maintaining social media profiles and support various marketing projects to ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
