Senior Director of Marketing

Role Description This is a part-time, remote role for a Senior Director of Marketing at DALVIARQ - Aluminio y Cristal. The Senior Director of Marketing will lead the development and execution of marketing strategies to strengthen brand positioning and support business growth. Day-to-day responsibilities include overseeing market planning initiatives, directing marketing campaigns across channels, and aligning marketing objectives with sales targets. The role involves analyzing market trends, supervising market research activities, and translating insights into actionable plans. The Senior Director will collaborate with leadership and sales teams, manage budgets, optimize performance metrics, and ensure consistent messaging that reflects the company’s products and values. Qualifications

• Demonstrated expertise in Marketing and Marketing Management, with the ability to set strategic direction and oversee implementation.
• Strong experience in Market Planning and Market Research to identify opportunities and guide data-driven decisions.
• Proven ability to collaborate with Sales teams, aligning marketing initiatives with sales objectives and revenue goals.
• Experience in B2B or industrial products (e.g., construction materials, aluminum, glass) is highly beneficial.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, part-time leadership role, managing priorities and meeting deadlines independently.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; advanced degree or relevant certifications are a plus.
• Track record of managing budgets, analyzing performance metrics, and improving campaign ROI.
