Account Manager Adoption & Growth at Afternoon
Location: UK (remote-first, with some travel)
Type: Full-time
The roleYou’re the person who turns potential into real change inside financial advice firms.
You’ll work with firms of all sizes, from first trial through to real, embedded usage. Not just logging in, but changing how they work.
You’ll help financial advisers get their afternoons back. Then turn them into advocates who tell everyone else why it matters.
What you’ll be doing
- Own the customer journey end-to-end
- From trial through onboarding to long-term advocacy, you’ll guide firms from first use to full adoption and beyond
- Turn interest into behaviour change
- Help advisers move from curiosity to daily use
- Spot friction early and remove it
- Whether that’s product, process, onboarding or people
- Work across teams to get things done
- Product, tech, marketing, leadership. You’ll fix what you can and pull in whoever you need to help
- Own how we communicate with customers
- Clear, simple, human. No noise. Everything you send helps advice firms take the next step and get value faster
- Bring the product to life in the real world
- Show firms how this fits into their workflow, not just a demo
- Build relationships that last
- You’ll become a trusted partner, not a supplier
- Create advocates
- The goal is simple. Firms that recommend Afternoon without being asked
- Feed insight back into the business
- What’s landing, what’s not, where we improve next
