What are we looking for?

5+ years in Digital Fundraising or Growth Marketing. You must be an expert in email marketing, social media advertising, and campaign analytics. We need "doers" who can move from high-level strategy to hands-on implementation. Professionalism and the ability to work autonomously are vital, as you will have full accountability for your campaigns. Experience in donor acquisition and "Direct Response" copywriting is a major plus.

What will you be doing?

You will lead our digital fundraising strategy for 5 major campaigns over 12 months. This is a "full-cycle" senior role from choosing the strategic focus (e.g. Earth Day) to writing content, implementing social/email marketing, and reporting ROI. You will have free reign to innovate. We need professionals who can build a donor journey from scratch, manage the technical execution, and provide clear data-driven reports to the senior team on campaign performance.
