We are seeking an experienced AI Content Strategist to support our client in the development and execution of intelligent, data-driven content strategies within the Life Sciences sector. This role bridges scientific expertise, digital innovation, and AI-powered tools to create engaging, compliant, and effective content across multiple channels and audiences (HCPs, patients, regulatory stakeholders). As part of a cross-functional team, you will play a key role in optimizing content operations, implementing AI-driven personalization, and aligning messaging with the client's therapeutic goals Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Content Planning: Develop and execute AI-enhanced content strategies for life science initiatives, aligning with brand goals, regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, EMA), and customer needs
• AI-Driven Optimization: Leverage AI/ML platforms to generate insights, automate content production, and personalize customer engagement across digital touchpoints
• Omnichannel Integration: Collaborate with global and local teams to ensure content strategies are integrated across client's digital ecosystems (web, CRM, social, email, HCP portals)
• Content Lifecycle Management: Implement modular content models and AI-based tagging systems to streamline content reuse, A/B testing, and performance tracking
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all content complies with medical, legal, and regulatory (MLR) requirements, applying AI to accelerate review workflows without compromising integrity
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional stakeholders including medical affairs, marketing, IT, and external agencies to co-create data-informed content strategies

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Life Sciences, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in content strategy or digital communications, preferably in pharmaceutical or biotech industry
• Deep understanding of life sciences regulations and medical content workflows
• Experience with AI tools for content creation, analytics, or personalization
• Strong storytelling ability, with the skill to translate complex science into compelling, human-centered narratives
• Proficiency with digital content platforms, analytics tools, and AI applications in marketing
• Experience working in matrixed, global environments with cross-functional teams
