Senior Marketing ManagerSalary: €70,000

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of a growing marketing function. Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this position plays a key role in delivering marketing strategy, managing campaigns, and leading a high-performing team to support brand growth and commercial success.

This is an excellent opportunity for a confident and organised marketing professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys balancing both strategic input and hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Team Management: Lead and develop a diverse marketing team, including executives, creatives, and content specialists, fostering collaboration and high performance
  • Agency Management: Oversee external agencies (e.g. PPC), ensuring clear briefs, strong communication, and delivery against KPIs
  • Campaign Execution: Plan, deliver, and optimise multi-channel marketing campaigns aligned with business objectives
  • Strategy Implementation: Support the Marketing Director in translating strategy into clear, actionable plans across all channels
  • Project Oversight: Manage workflows and priorities to ensure timely delivery of campaigns and marketing materials
  • Performance Monitoring: Track campaign performance using analytics and KPIs, driving continuous improvement and ROI
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams such as Sales, Product, Customer Service, and Logistics
  • Quality Control: Maintain high standards across all marketing outputs, ensuring consistency in brand and messaging
  • Budget Support: Assist in managing and optimising the marketing budget

About You

  • 5+ years’ experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a managerial or leadership role
  • Strong knowledge across key marketing channels including digital, content, SEO, paid media, branding, and social media
  • Previous experience within retail marketing is advantageous
  • Proven ability to lead teams, manage workloads, and develop talent
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Data-driven mindset with experience using analytics tools
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Creative thinker with the ability to bring fresh ideas and innovation
