1. Role Overview
The Social Media Specialist plays a critical role in building and scaling Inflo’s social presence through the consistent execution of high‑quality, thought‑led content across LinkedIn and supporting channels.
This role sits at the intersection of executive communications, content, and design, working closely with the CEO Office to translate ideas, viewpoints, and expertise into a consistent, high‑quality social output. The Social Media Specialist owns the end‑to‑end execution of the CEO’s social content, from drafting and coordination through to publishing and engagement, ensuring the CEO’s voice is clear, credible, and impactful.
This is a highly trusted, hands‑on role, suited to someone comfortable operating close to senior leadership, managing ambiguity, and exercising sound judgment while maintaining pace and quality.
2. Responsibilities
As Social Media Specialist at Inflo, you will:
- Own CEO & Inflo Social Channels
- Own the day‑to‑day management of the CEO’s social channels (primarily LinkedIn) and support execution across Inflo’s corporate social channels.
- Ensure a consistent cadence of high‑quality posts across planned, evergreen, and ad‑hoc content.
- Act as the central point of coordination between the CEO Office, Marketing, content, and design teams.
- Draft, schedule, and publish content across CEO and Inflo channels as needed, spanning product, customer, culture, event, and campaign themes.
- Maintain a clear, up‑to‑date view of what is publishing, what is in progress, and what is upcoming across both social pipelines.
Draft & Create content
- Draft scripted video content (scripts and post copy) based on CEO ideas, conversations, and viewpoints.
- Draft short-form text‑based posts including thought leadership, opinion, commentary, and reflections.
- Support the drafting of comments for engagement on relevant third‑party posts.
Review, Edit & Approve
- Proactively propose edits, refinements, and structural improvements to content drafts.
- Incorporate feedback from the CEO Office and Marketing team efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare content for final approval, ensuring tone, clarity, and intent align with the CEO and Inflo’s voice.
- Exercise judgment on when content requires deeper review versus fast turnaround.
Schedule & Publish
- Schedule and publish approved content across the CEO and Inflo’s social channels.
- Coordinate publishing around events, announcements, travel, and topical moments.
- Ensure posts go live accurately, on time, and in the correct format.
Build Engagement & Presence
- Support engagement by posting comments and interacting on relevant industry and peer content.
- Identify opportunities for the CEO to join or lead conversations in-market.
- Monitor engagement patterns to inform future content themes and formats.
Collaborate with Content & Design
- Work closely with content and design to prepare video edits, graphics, and carousels.
- Ensure assets are correctly briefed, reviewed, and ready for publishing.
- Maintain alignment between messaging, visuals, and executive positioning.
Support Wider CEO Content
- Support social promotion for podcasts, newsletters, and long‑form CEO content.
- Assist with social‑related logistics around interviews, events, and appearances.
- Contribute ideas into weekly content ideation sessions, informed by market activity and CEO priorities.
3. Required/desired skills & qualifications
- Experience managing or supporting senior executive social media presence across LinkedIn.
- Exceptional short-form copywriting and editing skills, with confidence writing in an executive voice.
- Strong organizational skills, with experience managing content pipelines and approvals.
- Comfortable working with video scripts, technical subject matter, and fast‑turnaround content.
- High attention to detail and sound judgment when operating close to senior leadership.
- Experience collaborating with content and design teams.
- Familiarity with scheduling tools and basic social performance metrics.
- Experience using AI tools for drafting, ideation, or refinement is a strong plus.

- Improved execution quality and responsiveness on corporate channels (e.g., launches, events, announcements, customer stories), with fewer bottlenecks and clearer pipeline visibility.
