About the role
We are looking for an experienced and confident digital marketer to join our growing team. Tactic Lab’s Digital Account Strategist is a senior role which integrates client strategies and objectives with today’s latest digital tactics and features, advocating for ongoing optimisation across the client/agency partnership.
Supported by a team of digital specialists, the Digital Account Strategist acts as the anchor point for clients as they navigate digital projects, analyses and campaigns.
Hourly rate of $50/hour during probation period (3 months) followed by $55/hour with annual leave loading (all equivalent to approx $107k/year full time pro-rated), super in addition to that.
Like all roles at Tactic Lab, this is a flexible role and would suit someone looking to work school hours. E.g. 4-5hrs/day, Mon-Fri, or another flexible arrangement.
Key responsibilities
- Translate client strategies and objectives into tangible digital projects and initiatives.
- Develop and maintain clear and effective client communication tools designed to highlight opportunities and celebrate wins.
- Conduct regular performance analyses to understand and improve the performance of client projects.
- Liaise directly with clients to assist specialist teams with project management, pitches and performance reporting.
- Keep clients informed and up-to-date with new options and digital tactics.
- Ownership of the agency’s client optimisation and testing programs.
Suitable candidates will
- Have demonstrated experience successfully working and managing client accounts/partnerships from home.
- Be comfortable analysing marketing data and developing data-driven advertising and conversion optimisation strategies.
- Have a sound understanding of the technical aspects of advertising and analytics platforms (eg. Google ads, Facebook ads, Google Analytics) in order to make recommendations and brief in new projects. Hands-on experience will be regarded favourably.
- Be comfortable presenting new ideas and projects to clients.
- Have experience in proactively bringing project highlights and behind the scenes developments up to the surface to clients.
- Be a self-starter who is confident adhering to the communication and workflow processes required to support our flexible/remote work model.
This role is designed to be remote/work from home, but some very occasional/brief interstate travel may be required through the year.
