What You’ll Be Doing

• Building and optimizing automated flows (welcome, abandon cart, post-purchase, win-back, etc.)
• Planning and sending segmented campaigns with A/B testing and personalization
• Managing Klaviyo (and sometimes other ESPs) like a pro
• Collaborating with creative and paid teams to keep email aligned with brand + performance goals
• Tracking deliverability, engagement, and conversion metrics – then using that data to level up
• Staying sharp on CRM and retention trends
• Growing into a strategic CRM leadership role

You’re Our Person If You:

• Have 2+ years of hands-on email marketing experience (bonus if e-commerce)
• Know Klaviyo flows, segmentation, analytics, and deliverability
• Can prove you’ve boosted performance through testing & iteration
• Care about customer experience as much as conversions
• Have a proactive, ownership-driven mindset – you don’t wait, you act
• Communicate clearly and stay organized in a remote team
