Our client is looking for a commercially focused B2B Marketing Manager to step into a pivotal maternity cover role during a period of continued growth. This is not a like-for-like replacement — instead, you’ll have the chance to shape how marketing supports sales, lead generation, and client engagement in new and impactful ways. It’s an exciting opportunity to deliver measurable results in a business that values strategic thinking, creativity, and collaboration.
The B2B Marketing Manager will play a critical role in aligning marketing with commercial objectives, delivering integrated campaigns that drive revenue and client engagement. You’ll work closely with sales leaders to create targeted strategies, manage a busy events calendar, and produce thought leadership that positions the business as a market authority.
Role Highlights
– Develop and execute integrated B2B campaigns that drive measurable growth
– Lead and support a Marketing & Events Executive, ensuring alignment with commercial priorities
– Own the content and events calendar, including trade shows, conferences, and client events
– Create engaging thought leadership, campaigns, and marketing assets across multiple channels
– Partner with sales leaders to refine propositions, target segments, and build client engagement
You Will Need
– Proven B2B marketing management experience, ideally supporting commercial/sales functions
– Strong track record delivering multi-channel campaigns with clear ROI
– Excellent content creation skills, from white papers to client proposals
– Confident understanding of digital marketing (SEO, CRM, paid/organic social, CMS)
– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite and strong stakeholder engagement skills
