With 1.6 million registered users and a fast-growing roster of events, we're looking for a Paid Media Specialist to run the campaigns that fill our events.
Role Description
As our freelance Paid Media Specialist you will launch and optimize the paid campaigns that drive ticket sales and attendance for 3cket events. You'll work hands-on across platforms—building, monitoring and tuning campaigns to hit clear performance targets, event after event.
This is a results-driven role for someone who lives in the numbers. You'll have the autonomy to make the calls that move the metrics and will work closely with our team to make sure every campaign lands.
What you'll do
- Plan and run paid campaigns across Meta, Google, TikTok and other relevant channels
- Build, launch and manage campaigns for individual events, each with its own goals and timelines
- Own budget allocation and pacing across multiple simultaneous events
- Continuously optimize for performance and drive ticket sales
- Set up and maintain tracking, pixels and conversion events
- A/B test creatives, audiences and messaging and feed learnings back into the next campaign
- Report on results clearly and regularly with concrete recommendations
- Coordinate with our marketing and sales team to get the assets you need
About You
- Proven track record running paid media campaigns with a performance/conversion focus
- Hands-on expertise across Meta Ads and Google Ads. TikTok Ads a strong plus.
- Comfortable managing multiple campaigns and budgets at once, sometimes with tight deadlines
- Strong analytical skills — you make decisions from data, not gut feel
- Working knowledge of tracking and attribution (pixels, conversion APIs, UTMs, analytics tools)
- Experience in events, ticketing, entertainment or lifestyle brands is a plus
- Self-directed and reliable — you manage your own time and deliver
This is a freelance role with a flexible monthly workload that scales with our event calendar — busier in peak season, lighter in the quieter months. It's a fully remote position, although our Lisbon office welcomes you for coffee anytime.
Fluent in Portuguese and English (mandatory); Spanish is a plus.
Based in Portugal or Spain.
