About 2501
2501 is building the agentic AIOps platform designed for real-world environments: critical infrastructures, hybrid and on-prem systems, sovereignty constraints, and high operational requirements.
Our technology actually automates L1/L2 IT & Cloud incident management and maintenance.
Not another observability tool.
Not a chatbot in disguise.
2501 runs on-prem, in controlled environments, and remains model-agnostic. We work with Ops, SRE, and IT teams that want to regain control of their systems — not add another layer of complexity.
The role
We’re looking for a Product Marketer who can turn a deeply technical product into a clear, credible, and differentiated market narrative.
Your job is to explain why 2501 exists, who it’s for, and why now.
You’ll work at the core of the company, in direct collaboration with the CEO, product, and sales teams. You’ll own positioning, go-to-market, and message consistency, from sales pitch to landing pages, from product launches to field feedback.
Full-time role, 100% remote.
Responsibilities
- Define and own product positioning (market, ICPs, key messages, differentiation).
- Lead product launches: framing, messaging, content, and sales enablement.
- Translate complex technical capabilities into clear business value for IT decision-makers.
- Work closely with product to align roadmap, use cases, and market narrative.
- Equip sales with what actually helps: pitches, one-pagers, use cases, battlecards.
- Measure what works (and what doesn’t) and iterate fast — no dogma.
Profile
- Strong background in B2B product marketing, ideally in deep-tech or infrastructure.
- Comfortable with IT / Cloud / DevOps / SRE topics — or able to ramp up very fast.
- Proven ability to structure and execute a go-to-market end-to-end.
- Excellent written and verbal communication — clear, precise, zero bullshit.
- Thrives in fast-moving, high-standards environments where things are still being built.
- English speaker; French is a plus.
