Social Media Manager / Producer

A fast-paced Social Media Manager / Producer is needed to lead content strategy, execution, and engagement across multiple Podcasts.

This role will drive growth for streaming, eCommerce launches, and editorial campaigns by managing digital marketing efforts and content production.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms.
• Manage content calendars and coordinate with internal teams.
• Oversee content production, from ideation to publishing.
• Create engaging video and multimedia content for TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and more.
• Foster community engagement and optimize content performance.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing social media for multiple brands (agency experience preferred).
• Expertise in video production, editing tools, and platform trends.
• Strong communication, copywriting, and project management skills.
• Proven ability to grow audiences and drive engagement.
• Experience with analytics, social media management tools, and content systems.
