Digital Product Analyst – Digital Analytics & SEOLocation: Remote, aligned to EST or CST working hours
Compensation: Base salary target: $100,000–$120,000 plus bonus potential
Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens and Green Card holders only
About the Role
We are seeking a Digital Product Analyst with strong experience in digital analytics, technical SEO, and digital commerce performance. This person will partner with product, marketing, engineering, and business teams to analyze site performance, define KPIs, improve reporting, and deliver actionable insights that drive digital experience and business results. Strong retail or ecommerce experience is required.

Key Responsibilities
- Analyze digital performance across traffic, engagement, conversion, and customer behavior
- Build and refine KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for digital commerce initiatives
- Partner with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate business needs into analytics solutions
- Support technical SEO initiatives including site structure, metadata, indexing, and page performance
- Deliver insights and recommendations to improve digital experience and business performance
- Help ensure tracking, tagging, and analytics data quality across platforms
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in digital analytics, product analysis, business analysis, or digital commerce analytics
- Strong experience in retail, ecommerce, or digital commerce environments
- Hands-on experience with GA4 and/or Adobe Analytics
- Experience with dashboarding, KPI reporting, and performance analysis
- Working knowledge of technical SEO
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across product, marketing, and engineering teams
- Experience working in Agile environments
Preferred Qualifications
- Analytics migration or modernization experience
- Marketplace reporting experience
- Exposure to tagging, tracking, and analytics implementation
- Consulting or client-facing experience
