We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to support the day-to-day management and growth of our online store. In this role, you will work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to manage product listings, support promotional campaigns, and enhance the overall online shopping experience in a remote-first environment.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update product listings, descriptions, pricing, and promotions on the e-commerce platform.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product availability with internal teams.
• Support the execution of online marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales events.
• Track and analyze e-commerce sales performance and website analytics.
• Ensure product pages are optimized for SEO, conversions, and user experience.
• Coordinate with marketing and design teams for product visuals and promotional content.
• Identify opportunities to improve online store performance and customer experience.

✅ Requirements

• 0–2 years of experience in e-commerce operations, online retail, or digital marketing.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento.
• Basic understanding of online merchandising, SEO, and digital analytics.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks in a remote environment.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Fluent in English.
• Based in Australia with the legal right to work full-time.
