Role Description
We are seeking a creative, analytical, and results-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant / Social Media Manager to support and execute digital marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness, audience engagement, and business growth. This role is responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, monitoring campaign performance, and supporting multi-channel digital marketing initiatives.
The successful candidate will work closely with marketing teams and stakeholders to develop content strategies, manage online communities, analyze audience behavior, and optimize digital campaigns. Key Responsibilities
- Develop, schedule, and manage content across social media platforms and digital channels.
- Create engaging posts, graphics, videos, and marketing materials aligned with brand objectives.
- Monitor social media accounts, audience interactions, and online engagement activities.
- Support the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Digital Media, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and social media management.
- Excellent written, verbal, and visual communication skills.
- Ability to create engaging and audience-focused content.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Strong organizational and project coordination abilities.
