A Proven Track Record
In her previous role as Vice President of Americas Marketing at The North Face, Evans successfully launched the XPLR Pass loyalty program and contributed to the brand's Climb Festival. Her experience also includes leading Southwest Airlinesâ first influencer program and overseeing brand activations for the airline's inaugural international flights.

Evans steps into the role of CMO, a position last held by Adam Bridegan, who departed Rhone in 2021 after eight years. Since then, the marketing efforts have been in the hands of an internal team. Evans aims to:
