Exciting New Leadership at Circana

CHICAGO – May 1, 2025 – We are thrilled to announce that Cara Pratt will be joining Circana LLC as the President of Global Retail and Media, effective May 27, 2025. In this newly created role, Pratt will spearhead Circana’s retail and media strategies, focusing on enhancing Circana’s position as a strategic growth partner for retailers.

Cara's Vision and Experience Pratt's primary focus will be to deepen Circana’s partnerships with retailers by evolving service models, strengthening retail media network collaborations, and enhancing capabilities. She will also lead the media strategies of the company, utilizing the industry's most comprehensive data, science, and technology to boost advertising effectiveness.

She previously held a senior position at 84.51°, where she oversaw Kroger’s integrated retail media, consumer insights, and loyalty marketing business. Pratt played a key role in establishing Kroger Precision Marketing, which effectively linked media exposure to in-store sales.
