Exciting Promotions and Awards at Character Options' Christmas Conference!

Character Options recently held its annual Christmas sales and marketing conference, celebrating the successes of the past year with several internal promotions and a special award for a high-achieving sales team member.

During the conference, Chloe Weston was recognized as Salesperson of the Year and promoted to Area Sales Manager. Since joining in 2022, Chloe has become an invaluable member of the team. Sales Director David Bramford praised her ambition and contribution to the company's success, stating, "This award and promotion is much deserved for Chloe."

In addition to Chloe's promotion, Kathryn Ludlum and Sophie Beard were elevated to Senior Brand Managers. Marketing Director Mark Hunt commended their long-standing commitment and exceptional performance, saying, "Their experience in all areas of the marketing strategy are invaluable to the department."

Luke Bradley has also been promoted to Audio Visual Studio Manager, recognized for his innovative contributions across multiple brands. Mark Hunt noted, "Luke has played an integral part in this, so we are thrilled to be able to acknowledge this with a promotion."
