BetMGM Appoints New Chief Marketing Officer

BetMGM has recently appointed Casey Hurbis as its new Chief Marketing Officer. With over 30 years of consumer marketing experience, Hurbis brings a wealth of knowledge to the role, previously serving as the chief marketer at Rocket Mortgage where he led successful Super Bowl campaigns.

Hurbis will report to Matt Prevost, the company’s chief revenue officer, who praised him as a "visionary leader." Hurbis is expected to leverage his expertise in consumer engagement, digital advertising, and experiential marketing to drive significant initiatives for BetMGM, which was established shortly after the Supreme Court’s decision that legalized sports betting in the U.S.

Before his role at Rocket Mortgage, Hurbis spent 24 years in automotive marketing, including positions at Fiat and Alfa Romeo. His previous collaboration with Highdive, BetMGM’s creative agency, is anticipated to foster greater synergies in his new role.

Financial Success

In 2023, BetMGM reported a remarkable $1.96 billion in revenue. The company also became the exclusive live sports betting partner for X in February and made its Super Bowl ad debut featuring celebrities Tom Brady and Vince Vaughn.
