We are hiring a Business Development Executive who is hungry to create results, loves conversations, and can build trust through real understanding — not sales scripts.

The Role

This role is focused on new client acquisition.

We’re looking for someone who can:

✅ start strong conversations with decision makers

✅ understand pain points deeply (not surface-level selling)

✅ speak confidently about the IT industry and project cycles

✅ connect problems to solutions and position Zone’s value clearly

✅ create opportunities that convert into long-term accounts

This role is not for someone who relies on "charm" alone.

We’re looking for a professional who can connect technology to business outcomes, earn trust quickly, and build credibility through insight and execution.

RequirementsKey Activities (What you will do)

  • Identify and qualify new client opportunities through research, targeting, and market mapping
  • Run outbound outreach across phone, email, LinkedIn, and referral channels
  • Hold strong discovery conversations with Hiring Managers, HR, and TA leaders
  • Understand hiring pain points, project timelines, delivery gaps, and supplier challenges
  • Position Zone’s recruitment capability with clarity (speed, quality, reach, reliability)
  • Use multi-channel engagement to build pipeline:
  • social media outreach
  • email marketing
  • SMS / WhatsApp follow-ups
  • industry events and networking
  • Maintain clean CRM tracking for leads, notes, follow-ups, and next steps
  • Collaborate with delivery and leadership teams to convert opportunities into active roles

Outcomes (What success looks like)

  • Consistent qualified meetings with decision makers
  • Strong pipeline of new accounts and live hiring requirements
  • Higher conversion from lead → meeting → requirement → client win
  • Increased Zone footprint across new teams, new clients, and new regions
  • Strong market presence through consistent outreach and engagement

What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in BD / sales (recruitment or IT services preferred)
  • Strong communication + confidence to pick up the phone and drive conversations
  • Curiosity to understand IT roles, technology projects, and hiring challenges
  • Commercial mindset, high follow-up discipline, and ownership mentality
  • Comfortable working with targets and performance-based incentives

Key Qualifications

  • Previous experience in business development or sales, ideally in the recruitment or IT services sector.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead generation tools.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and passionate about driving results.
  • A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
