SMM/Influence manager

🚀 Zexter is an ambitious product building its own technological ecosystem in the iGaming space. We are developing our in-house platform, which is already live and actively operating, while continuously expanding our product portfolio. This allows us to adapt quickly to market demands and deliver innovative solutions at speed. Our team is expanding, and we are looking for a creative, data-driven, and organized Social Media & Influencer Manager to lead our social media channels and influencer marketing strategy. You will drive brand awareness, grow audience engagement, manage online communities, and build partnerships with influencers and creators. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and grow social media channels (Twitter/X, Instagram, Discord, and others)
• Develop and maintain content calendars and media strategies
• Analyze content performance and optimize engagement
• Research, evaluate, and purchase placements in Discord, Telegram communities, and other relevant channels
• Analyze influencers and communities before partnerships
• Launch and manage influencer marketing campaigns and seeding activities
• Monitor campaign performance and improve results based on analytics

Requirements

• Experience in SMM and/or influencer marketing within the iGaming industry
• Understanding of social media growth strategies and community building
• Ability to work with analytics and optimize content performance
• Experience working with influencers
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Russian Fluent
• Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented mindset
