We're hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join one of our main clients, with a very established, yet growing SaaS business serving universities and educational institutions across Australia, New Zealand and APAC.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1-3 years of sales development, business development or inside sales experience who enjoys prospecting, building relationships and creating new business opportunities.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prospecting new business opportunities through phone, email and LinkedIn outreach
• Qualifying inbound and outbound leads using BANT and consultative sales techniques
• Booking discovery meetings with senior decision-makers
• Working closely with sales, marketing and customer success teams
• Managing CRM data and maintaining accurate pipeline reporting
• Supporting growth across Higher Education, Vocational Education and EdTech markets
• Identifying expansion opportunities within existing customer organisations

What We're Looking For

• 1-3 years' experience as an SDR, BDR, Sales Executive or Business Development Representative but open to more experience
• SaaS, Technology or EdTech sales experience preferred
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting and lead generation
• Knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot
• Commercial mindset and willingness to challenge ideas constructively
• Self-starter who thrives in a collaborative team environment
