About you:

• Minimum 10 years’ professional experience (executive support, business development, HR, operations, client services, or similar).
• A big thinker with a proactive, innovative mindset.
• Comfortable working independently and digitally while collaborating within a supportive team.
• Passionate about continuous learning, self-development and creating meaningful results.
• You're based in Australia and have full working rights with fluent English.
