We’re building the go-to platform for digital creators — helping them grow, earn, and thrive.We’re looking for a Creator Growth Partner who lives and breathes art, design, and digital creation. Ideally, you’re already a digital creator yourself or someone who understands what it’s like to build, sell, and engage online.

What You’ll Do

• Bring in new creators through outreach, collaborations, and partnerships.
• Identify and onboard high-potential creators and sellers.
• Build authentic relationships within creator and design communities.
• Experiment with creative growth tactics across social platforms.
• Work with marketing to attract and convert new users.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in sales, growth, or partnerships (ideally in the creator space).
• A creator mindset — you create content, run a brand, or know the digital creator journey.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• A proactive self-starter with genuine passion for art, design, and creators.
